Located in Mora, Minnesota for men recovering from substance use disorders with a focus on preparation for independent living.

- Individualized goal setting
- Rules/guidelines to support on-going sobriety
- Drug & Alcohol testing up to 3 times per week
- 10 hrs weekly community service or employment encouraged
- Socialization
- Use of community programs to address mental health issues and outpatient substance use disorders
- Staffed 8am to 7pm, 365 days a year
- 24 hr video surveillance
- Medication monitoring
- Help with making appointments and reminders
- Assistance with obtaining and/or providing medical transport
- Nurse/RN on staff
- Licensed by the MN Dept. of Health with a Special Services Registration
- Group & Residential Housing Rate 2
- 3 prepared meals per day
- 22 bed facility
